I started young, eager to learn a trade, and was fortunate to secure an apprenticeship with a fabrication company installing these doors. Within days I knew I had found something I was passionate about — the quality, design, and potential stood out, and I wanted more people to experience it.

My previous role had potential, but I hit a ceiling on how far I could take things. Starting Stack ’n’ Slide was my way to push the category forward and see how far we could go.

Coming from employment, I quickly learned that running a business is broader than craft alone. I brought in a partner with deep building-industry experience and a track record of growing companies — someone whose drive matched the vision.

Jay – Managing Director

When Liam shared his idea, I was hooked straight away — a distinctive product with serious headroom to grow. With my background in construction and business, I had been looking for something that stood apart from generic glazing packages. This was it.

I enjoy working closely with homeowners and trade clients alike. Contributing something fresh to a project — and seeing it perform every day — is genuinely rewarding. Stack ’n’ Slide is both a challenge and a passion, and I am excited to grow the brand while delivering high-quality outcomes.
